Marco Ugarte, Sustainability Consultant; Antea Group
Marco Ugarte is a Certified Supply Chain Professional and Sustainability Consultant at Antea Group. He previously led environmental sustainability at MillerCoors, including the development and delivery of its 2025 Global Sustainability Goals, and he developed several strategic domestic and international partnerships with key corporate, governmental, academic, and non-profit stakeholders in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. As an entrepreneur, he has received awards from MIT, ASU, Walmart, and NASDAQ. He currently serves in the Corporate Advisory Council of Business for Water Stewardship. Marco holds a Ph.D. in Sustainability from Arizona State University and professional certifications from ASCM (formerly APICS) and ASQ (formerly the American Society for Quality). His latest auditor-level credentials include the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM) Enterprise Certification Program and qualified Alliance for Water Stewardship (AWS) Standard Specialist.
