As 2020 goals sunset, how are corporate leaders setting their next targets? Are companies pursuing Impact-based goals? Absolute reductions? Science based targets? This session will explore what NextGen sustainability goals look like (time horizons, measurements, types of goals) as well as companies’ internal and external considerations when setting goals. Panelists will discuss the challenges involved with goalsetting, how they go about getting consensus, and what external factors they pay most attention to when determining their targets. Join a discussion about your own goals and goal-setting process via small group discussion and live polling.
